Meet Our Team
Aayushh Gohil
Founder & Director
Growing up inside a children’s animation studio, Aayushh Gohil spent nearly a decade observing how young minds engage with screens—what draws their attention, what they ignore, and what keeps them coming back.
As a second-generation leader at Freebird Animation Pvt. Ltd., he helped build and scale kids’ digital properties that reached millions of children worldwide. Over time, his focus expanded beyond animation into understanding attention patterns, learning behaviour, engagement loops, and content optimisation for early development.
After working closely with over 20 children’s learning platforms, one insight became clear: the same mechanics that drive engagement can be intentionally structured to support cognitive growth.
MINDORA was created to apply that insight—transforming proven engagement systems into purposeful learning experiences.
“We know what holds a child’s attention. Now we use it to build their brain.”
